Alla Weinberg is an Executive Leadership Coach at a large tech company in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this episode we talk about the problems of status quo business culture and leadership strategies, creating safe containers for conversation, organizations as complex systems and a vision for the future of work.
Alla is also a colleague of mine and we are partnering on a project to transform workplace cultures into safe places for humans. Together we call our business Spoke and Wheel. We do leadership coaching, team training and consultation for workplace culture transformation.
